We are seeking an exceptional professional for a very attractive career opportunity.  Our client is looking for an extremely polished Estate Manager (or Couple) who has the ability, based on previous experience, to manage multiple upscale homes. The ideal candidate is currently or very recently managing multiple private, luxury residences simultaneously. Our client, an entrepreneur and philanthropist with impeccable taste and the highest of standards is searching for an Estate Manager (or Couple) who is accustomed to the demands of that lifestyle. Familiarity with the yachting industry is strongly preferred.


Responsibilities will be diverse but will involve managing staff in the various residences and requires experience doing so. Although this is a key management role, this is a very hands-on position and will include some hands-on tasks as needed.  Solid knowledge of formal service, fine dining, wines and entertaining is essential.  The position is based in Florida (Boca Raton/Ft. Lauderdale area) during the winter season, and Michigan (suburban Detroit and Northern Michigan) during the remainder of the year.   The Estate Manager, along with the Private Chef, will travel with the principals as they move to their various residences throughout the year.  Complete flexibility to travel spontaneously and frequently is a key requirement for this opportunity.  Housing for one individual or couple (if both are working for the principal) will be provided in all locations, although children and pets cannot be accommodated.

Candidates currently living in Florida will be given first consideration, as this is an immediate opening.


Six figure salary plus excellent benefits and housing will be offered to the selected candidate/couple.

We are seeking an experienced nanny with a Bachelor's degree and experience working with middle school and high school students. Our client, a high profile family residing in the metro Detroit area, is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to manage their primary home in suburban Detroit, MI and also handle their vacation residences (FL and Aspen). The Estate Manager will supervise staff including a Chef and Housekeepers, manage service personnel and contractors, organize special events, approve invoices, correspond with office staff, purchase supplies online and in person, run errands, etc.. This is a very hands-on role, which requires a detailed eye for daily property inspections,etc.. Excellent computer skills and internet research and shopping expertise are all required. The family enjoys their privacy and as a result, the Estate Manager will not be expected to be at the residence evenings and weekends on a regular basis and may be asked to work from home occasionally rather than in the family home. Occasional travel to other residences may be required.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Personal Assistant to a top Executive prior to becoming a House or Estate Manager even though the Principal does have an Executive/Personal Assistant at the office. A Private Chef who has progressed into an Estate Manager role may also be considered.

Those with ties to Michigan are strongly preferred. Please state in your cover letter whether or not you have a specific desire to relocate to Michigan for reasons other than a great career opportunity. Also, due to family dynamics, the principals feel a female is best suited for this role.

Single parent needs help with children on a part-time basis. 2-3 days/week, hours ~12-6pm plus every other Saturday morning and/or evening (hours vary). Our client is seeking an experienced Major Domo/Butler to handle a variety of responsibilities for the principal and his family.   This individual will be held accountable for household management duties in addition to many hands-on responsibilities including chauffeuring and formal table service.  Must be tech savvy and have great communication skills, as well as, the ability to handle confidential matters.   Only candidates with at least 5 years of household management/butler experience will be considered.
This full-time position requires flexibility to work days/hours to accommodate the needs of the family, including weekends.  CPR/First Aid will be required.

Our client is seeking an experienced hands-on, working Domestic Couple to share varied responsibilities including housekeeping, household shopping, house management, grounds, pool and interior maintenance. The couple will live in a guest house on the property. Although the principals travel often, the live-in couple does not.
