Harper Associates handles many exclusive domestic staffing assignments for prominent executive families. Recent experience in luxurious private residences, along with outstanding references from previous employers are required for consideration.

• Housekeeper-Michigan and Florida

  Wonderful opportunity available for an experienced Estate Housekeeper who is flexible to travel between Michigan and Florida.  In addition to cleaning a magnificent home, this individual will also be expected to do grocery and other shopping and serve and assist when the family is entertaining.  The ability to cook a few meals per week would be an added plus.  This is a full time position, typically 9am-5pm, with occasional weekends.   Position is based in SE Michigan but will involve travel to Florida during the winter season, possibly for several weeks at a time.  Housing in Florida for one person will be provided.  Stable, long term, experience cleaning a large, luxury home is required, along with accompanying references.   Excellent wages and benefits.

   

• Private Chef-Birmingham-Bloomfield area

  We are seeking a Professional Chef who would enjoy working for one active family. In addition to cooking for the family and guests, the Chef will also handle grocery shopping, running errands and transporting the children $40,000-$50,000. Some travel may be involved if desired. Client prefers to hire an individuals already living in Michigan or with ties to the area.  Experience cooking in a private residence is required.

   

• Housekeeper Live-in - Northville area

  Experienced Housekeeper needed to clean and maintain large, luxury home.  Will also do cooking on a very small scale. Other responsibilities may include shopping, running errands, and acting as a liaison with service providers.  Only those interested in living in full-time will be considered.

• ESTATE/GROUNDS CARETAKER - LIVE-IN - GROSSE POINTE
  Prominent Executive couple offers terrific live-in situation for an experienced Estate Caretaker. Will handle extensive

  groundskeeping and maintenance for beautiful estate.  Will also involve driving, running errands and some travel to accompany principal.  Great wages and excellent benefit package! Live-in, full-time, private quarters provided for one individual or a married couple (no children), although our client is not interested in hiring a Domestic Couple.  This is a live-in position, no exceptions will be made.

• Chef-House Manager-metro Detroit area

  Terrific opportunity available for an experienced Private Chef.  Will prepare and serve meals for a family and guests.  Position will also involve other responsibilities such as grocery shopping, running errands, driving, acting as a liaison to service contractors, and other household or maintenance duties as needed. 

   

  Hours are primarily Monday-Friday with only occasional weekend work for dinner parties, airport transportation, etc.  Standard hours are Monday-Thursday 1pm-10pm, Friday 8am-5pm.

   

  $45.000-$55,000.

   

• HOUSEhold COOK - BIRMINGHAM - $1000/WEEK

  Full-time position Monday-Friday, live-in 5 nights/week.  Must have experience working in an upscale home.  Knowledge of proper table settings and service required.

   

• HOUSEKEEPER-PET LOVER-BLOOMFIELD HILLS
  Busy homeowner seeks Housekeeper who also enjoys taking care of cats and dogs. Schedule will be 3-5 days/week. We are looking for someone who will be able to stay overnight to take care of pets and house sit when owner travels.

• PERSONAL VALET/CAREGIVER TO EXEC - LIVE-IN: MICHIGAN & TRAVEL

  We are seeking a unique individual to assist a busy Executive who is physically disabled, with a wide variety of tasks. Responsibilities will include driving, running errands and providing personal care and hygiene. Travel is required. Must have previous similar experience. Heavy lifting is required to assist the Executive. Flexibility, friendliness and professionalism are also essential.
