Administrative Associate (50,000+) - Physician Practice - Farmington Hills

Our client, a prominent multi-location specialty Physician Practice, seeks an enthusiastic, self-motivated college graduate looking for a unique administrative position.  The Practice prefers a candidate who was involved in extracurricular school activities (football, hockey, etc) or leadership roles in a fraternity, etc.  The individual selected for this very desirable career opportunity will work directly with the Physician/Owner and Practice Administrator.  Based on the Physician’s extremely busy schedule, the hours may vary from 9am-7pm or 10am-8pm Monday through Friday, in addition to every other Saturday for approximately six hours during the day.

 

The Administrative Associate will handle a variety of tasks including administrative assistant responsibilities, HR related functions, accounting, and with some medical billing exposure.  Position requires excellent computer proficiency (MS Office suite), outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written), well-rounded healthcare experience, as well as, a polished, professional image.  Flexibility and the ability to multi-task are essential components for success in this role.  MUST have at least one year of hands-on experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.  If you enjoy paid overtime, this is a very lucrative position.  Bachelor Degree required.  Excellent medical benefits offered.  Salary $36,000 (40 hours) plus overtime ($50,000+package).
