Our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of specialty
products to the building industry, is seeking talented college
graduates interested in pursuing a career in Sales and
Management.
The Sales/Management Trainee position is a hands-on
management opportunity that involves working with customers in a
team-oriented environment. Within this company, nearly all
management members started as Sales Trainees, where after a
brief introduction to their warehousing and shipping operations,
moved into Inside Sales, to facilitate the sales growth of the
business. Promotions are purely performance based! Candidates
typically move from inside sales to outside sales, to Sales
Managers to Branch Management. As a Branch Manager, you would
oversee sales, marketing, finance and operations of a
multi-million dollar warehousing and distribution operation. In addition to a Bachelor’s degree, our client requires a
dynamic personality, and proven leadership roles during college.
Exposure to sales is desirable.

- Corporate Trainee-Physician Practice--Farmington Hills
Our client, a prominent multi-location specialty physician
practice, seeks an enthusiastic, self-motivated college graduate
looking for a unique administrative position. The individual
selected for this very desirable career opportunity will work
directly for the physician/owner. The Corporate Trainee will
handle a variety of tasks and Administrative Assistant
responsibilities. Position requires excellent computer
proficiency (MS Office suite), outstanding communication skills
(both verbal and written), as well as, a polished, professional
image. Based on the physician’s extremely busy schedule, the
hours may vary from 9am-7pm or 10am-8pm Monday through Friday,
in addition to every other Saturday for six hours during the
day. Flexibility and the ability to multi-task are essential
components for success in this role. The ideal candidate may
have work or internship experience in a law, politics,
government, medical or university office setting, in an
administrative capacity. If you enjoy paid overtime, this is a
very lucrative position. Bachelor Degree required. Excellent
medical benefits offered. Salary $36,000 (40 hours) plus
overtime ($50,000 +package).
