Job Purpose:

Duties:

• Request/wire funds and handle phone calls/relations with customers.

• Protects loan investment by obtaining title, flood, and fire insurance.

• Completes mortgage loan by reviewing loan provisions; collecting payments; obtaining signatures; ship files to funding department.

• Records mortgage loan by filing documents; forwarding copies to borrower.

• Maintains a high level of productivity/works well in a team environment.

• Mortgage Account executive - wholesale division - $100K Package

Join a growing, reputable mortgage company. The account manager will work with mortgage brokers, credit unions, and banks in an effort to increase sales within their assigned region. We are seeking professionals currently or recently employed in the mortgage industry who are fluent with current industry technology and sales initiatives. Must know all aspects of the wholesale mortgage industry and competition, and have worked in the industry for at least three years. At least two years' experience closing loans is preferred. Excellent compensation package. Salary is calculated on a base plus commission schedule. Successful Executives make well over $100,000 annually.

Work hours are about 45 hours per week (depending on production), Mon-Fri. This is an office-based inside sales position.
