Our client, an established skilled nursing facility (100+ beds)
with multiple services offered is seeking a Director of Nursing.
The DON will be responsible for directing the nursing department
including (e.g. monitoring MDS processes, develop/maintain
nursing procedure manual, oversee multidisciplinary staff,
assist with budget planning and daily rounds on unit to observe
staff and residents.
Requirements:
Must have Director of Nursing experience (2-5 years) in a
Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care facility.
An active, unencumbered Michigan
Registered Nurse license is required.
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Must have a stable work history

needs and concerns. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with
occasional weekends. Must be open to traveling between facilities as
needed. Shared on-call is required for emergent situations that

available for an experienced Nurse Manager who will work with the
Executive Director to assure goals, objectives, and quality of
service delivered to each resident of the Assisted Living and Memory
care residence.
Requirements:
Active,
unencumbered Michigan RN or LPN license.
Minimum 1 year
experience in an Assisted Living resident working with the
geriatric population.
Ability to handle
multiple tasks and priorities.
Work a minimum of
(40) hours a week with flexibility.
Must be available
to respond during off duty hours to community issues and
emergencies.
