Exciting ground floor opportunity
is available to open and manage a brand new boutique featuring
stylish, trendy, jewelry and accessories for women Marlee's by
Tapper's will be opening at Twelve Oaks Mall in the Spring of 2012
and will offer stylists and lookbooks to assist with selections.
Items will include purses, hats, scarves, wraps, belts, etc. in a
wide price range, in addition to jewelry from many sought-after
designers. Marlee's is a new concept boutique developed by Tapper's
Diamonds and Fine Jewelry, a very well-respected jeweler with
several locations and 35 years of experience in the metropolitan
Detroit area. Recognized for their outstanding customer service,
Tapper's promises to maintain this reputation at Marlee's.
Responsibilities will involve
hiring, training, motivating and supervising staff with emphasis on
exceptional customer service. The Store Manager must enjoy working
on the floor with customers as a role model, which is why a passion
for women's accessories and jewelry is essential for success in this
role. The Manager will also strive toward reaching annual goals of
revenue, profitability, inventory turnover and shrinkage. Will also
maintain and follow guidelines for reports, inventory counts,
audits, transfers, insurances.
We
are seeking an extremely dynamic, fashionable, leader with expertise
in women's accessories and jewelry. Only those with current store
management or department management in women's accessories will be
considered. Interviews are being conducted immediately and
employment will begin soon so that the selected candidate for this
position will be involved in many key decisions prior to the store
