We are seeking an exceptional Sales Associate with a reputation for providing excellence in customer service. This is a highly-regarded, exquisite retail boutique (non-apparel) which specializes in customized merchandise from top of the line manufacturers, including many European and exclusive ones.

The selected candidate will be interested in a long term commitment and enjoys working in an upscale environment which requires professional attire. Hours are primarily Monday-Friday 9:30-5pm, no holidays, and only a rare evening or weekend obligation.

Previous sales experience in a high end retail environment is essential. We are seeking a mature, very detail oriented individual (for customized orders). The ideal candidate is someone with a very flexible, team attitude who is willing to handle a variety of tasks in addition to sales. Good computer skills are required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Due to rapid expansion, Harper Associates has been retained to recruit a talented team of sales professionals for a new furniture concept coming soon to Novi (12 Oaks area), Auburn Hills, and Bloomfield Hills!

We are looking for polished, sales-oriented professionals to join the sales teams. Hotel and restaurant professionals (servers, front desk, concierge, etc.), educators (unemployed teachers looking for work), or retail associates would excel in this position. There are a few things to consider before applying:

• This is a very lucrative commission sales job (paid weekly)

• You must be willing to work evenings/weekends

• Retail and/or commission sales experience is preferred

• You must have a good job-retention history
