HOTEL CATERING SALES MANAGER - DETROIT

We have an exceptional position available for a dynamic Catering Sales Manager to join the team of a Forbes Four-Star, AAA Four-Diamond hotel in Metro Detroit. We need an ace who has the motivation and drive to proactively prospect for new SMERF & Association catering business.

For a Catering Sales Manager wanting to sell and execute high-end social and business events, this is an excellent opportunity. We are searching for someone with experience as a Catering Sales Manager in a full-service, luxury hotel, country club, or event venue. Must be highly networked in the SMERF / Association market and very skilled in selling social and business events.

Ideal candidates will have:

· Hospitality Degree

· 3-5 years of experience as a Catering Sales Manager in a luxury hotel, country club, or event venue

· Expertise in selling and managing events, detailing BEOs, and working with guests to ensure flawless execution

· Exceptional sales and networking skills

Benefits:

· An excellent base salary of $50,000 + commission. Earn up to $80K.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPERATIONS MANAGER - GOURMET MARKET - PLYMOUTH, MI AREA

 In search of a grocery professional with experience in managing the dry goods department.
