Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of operations and sales in a building and construction supplier regional branch.
- Foster positive relationships with new and existing customers to facilitate sales and streamline operations.
- Monitor accounting department and assist the accounting team with any issues.
- Mentor inside and outside sales team.
- Handle all staffing for the Grand Rapids branch.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years’ experience in management in the building supply or similar industry.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience in Salesforce preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Import/Export industry experience a plus.
