Our client, a large, multi-national conglomerate based in the
Middle East
is seeking two dynamic professionals for the following newly
created positions:
Organizational
Development Manager-Arabic fluency required
We are in search of an OD expert who is ready to bring their
knowledge, expertise and American influence to this
well-respected company in the Middle East. The ideal candidate
is a dynamic, performance driven professional who is passionate
about Organizational Development and has the ability to succeed
in a cross-cultural environment. Outstanding communication
skills in English are essential and proficiency in Arabic is
required. Requirements include at least 5 years of
Organizational Development experience in addition to 10+ years
in HR, leadership and development or an operational role, along
with a Bachelors Degree in HR/Psychology or related field.
Masters degree or MBA in addition to SHRM or CIPD certification
are highly desirable. Current authorizations to deliver
world-class psychometric and/or learning systems (e.g. SHL, DDI)
are also advantageous.
Leadership
Development Manager-Arabic fluency required

delivering advanced coaching to top performers/rising stars?
The Leadership Development Manager will report to the Director
of Talent Management. Primary responsibilities will include:

Developing structured leadership development interventions for
internal talent pools
·
Strengthening the design and delivery of Bachelor & MBA
entry-level programs
·
Establishing an MBA/Bachelor Internship program
·
Assuming corporate-wide responsibility for coaching & mentoring
best practice
·
Creating a comprehensive program of corporate level leadership
development events (e.g. visiting speakers)
The ideal candidate is an experienced Leadership Development or
Organizational Development professional with significant
internal/ external consultancy expertise and significant
previous exposure to key decision makers in commercial
environments. In addition to having the key behavioral
competencies typically associated with a senior OD / L&D
professional, the successful candidate will have been exposed to
best practice in most of the following technical areas:

Graduate Development (program design, delivery or management)
·
Corporate University (setting up, course delivery as faculty or
management of facility)
·
Coaching & Mentoring
·
Assessment & Development Centers
·
Psychometrics
·
360o
profiling
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, along with
excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. MBA or
Masters degree in HR is highly desirable. International
and multi-cultural experience/exposure is essential for success
in this role. Coaching credential or HR professional membership
(i.e. SPHR / MCIP) is preferred.
