    The Office Manager must have at least 5 years of hands-on management experience in an outpatient physician office setting.     Our client, a prestigious and large medical organization in Toledo, has a unique opportunity available for an experienced coder to oversee a busy coding department.  This established organization is seeking a full-time Medical Coding Supervisor with 5+ years of hands-on coding experience; overseeing the medical billing process from beginning to end, experience overseeing a busy coding department composed of 10 to 15 coders, and must have management experience.

     

    A through knowledge of major insurance payers and the ability to keep abreast of medical billing changes is required.  This individual will be responsible for assuring timely payment, monitoring and reviewing coders’ performances, and the accurate use of billing codes and diagnosis’ for maximum reimbursement.  A strong background in Medicare coding and Medicare regulations is necessary for success in this role.  Compensation commensurate with experience.  Our client also offers a full benefits package.
