Established in 1968, Harper Associates is one of the most reputable and long-standing recruitment firms in Michigan. Our boutique placement agency, directed by Ben Schwartz, President, offers both Contingency Agreements and Executive Searches. Unlike many other staffing firms, all Harper Consultants have previous hands-on experience in the industries which they recruit for. This expertise is beneficial to both clients and candidates, as it helps to better understand needs and also creates an invaluable network of resources. Placement fees are employer paid.

Areas of Specialization Primary emphasis at Harper Associates has always been permanent placement for the Hospitality, Healthcare, Medical Office and Dietetics fields.
