county, is seeking an ambitious, articulate, rising star with a
keen business sense. This individual will shadow the Executive
and carry out whatever tasks are needed, whenever they are
needed. These varied responsibilities could include anything
from coordinating travel (private aircraft), handling details to
assist in the closure of a business transaction, arranging a
last minute business dinner meeting or sporting event, running
errands, etc. The Assistant must be completely flexible and
enthusiastic about working long hours with an erratic schedule
and must also be free to travel, often without advance notice.

exceptionally talented, polished Executive Assistant with a stellar
background to handle personal and corporate business. Diverse
responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, coordinating
all details of the Executive's demanding daily schedule, planning
all meetings and family and corporate events, both on and off site,
along with making travel arrangements. The Executive Assistant will
communicate and serve as a liaison with a wide variety of other
individuals, including many top Executives. Must be an extremely
flexible and detail-oriented professional willing to provide 24/7
support to the Principal and their spouse. Outstanding computer (MS
Office including the ability to create Excel spreadsheets) and
communication skills along with a very professional demeanor are
absolutely essential for success in this role. Prior working
knowledge of using an iPhone is required.
