  • Personal Assistant –Interior Design Expertise, TAMPA AREA, FL $60-70,000++

Our client, a corporate CEO, is currently building a new SMART home in the Tampa area. This position is based at the Executive’s residence. The PA will assist with custom interior design work, selection of furniture, fabrics, window treatments, security system, etc. for a very large estate.   In addition,  this individual will handle typical PA responsibilities including scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, etc. 

 

This opportunity requires a high energy, extremely detail oriented professional who knows Florida interior design trends and has a very strong computer background (MS office suite).  We are seeking an individual with exquisite taste appropriate to assist with designing a luxury residence.  The ideal candidate has worked as an assistant to an interior decorator.

 

Experience working  at interior design firm is preferred.  This is truly a unique position. $60,000-$70,000++ plus benefits.

  • EXECUTIVE AND PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO

Our client, a top Executive for a very successful, Michigan based company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to handle all of his/her business and personal matters. The ideal candidates is passionate about their career and enjoys working in a busy environment.

 

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Overseeing all communication representing the company and the CEO

  • Managing calendars, both business and personal

  • Coordinating travel arrangements

  • Personal banking

  • Internet Research

  • Social Media

 

Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Must be comfortable handling confidential matters and dealing with high level executives.

 

Position requires previous experience working for a CEO, COO, President or Chairman of the Board for at least 5 years.
