• Hospitality and Medical Sales Representative

  Our client, a very reputable supplier of products and services, is seeking a polished Sales professional to represent their company to hospitality (restaurants, hotels, country clubs) and healthcare accounts in the metro Detroit area. This individual will build sales through phone calls, direct mail and personal visits. The Sales Rep will develop extensive product knowledge and work cooperatively with the Service Department to be certain that new accounts encounter a positive experience. Anticipated 1st year earnings $40,000 - $50,000.

• Sales/Management Trainee - $40,000++

  Our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of specialty products to the building industry, is seeking talented college graduates interested in pursuing a career in Sales and Management. The Sales/Management Trainee position is a hands-on management opportunity that involves working with customers in a team-oriented environment. Within this company, nearly all management members started as Sales Trainees, where after a brief introduction to their warehousing and shipping operations, moved into Inside Sales, to facilitate the sales growth of the business. Promotions are purely performance based! Candidates typically move from inside sales to outside sales, to Sales Managers to Branch Management. As a Branch Manager, you would oversee sales, marketing, finance and operations of a multi-million dollar warehousing and distribution operation. In addition to a Bachelor’s degree, our client requires a dynamic personality, and proven leadership roles during college. Exposure to sales is desirable.

Seeking candidates who possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills, a minimum of 1 year business experience, Bachelors degree and the motivation to succeed.
   

  Job responsibilities include:
  • Managing a base of assigned business customers
  • Setting appointments with existing customers
  • Conducting price analysis
  • Selling additional services to existing customers
  • Monitoring customer accounts
  • Cold calling outside sales
   

  Fantastic base salary (28K), plus monthly commission and bonus. $38,000-$43,000 first year earnings. Outstanding benefits package which includes 100% employer paid health insurance.
