The Regional Director (RD) is fundamental to client retention and growth and includes working closely with assigned Property Managers and the Vice President of Multifamily Management to manage and facilitate solutions to operational problems within the region. The RD is responsible for the strategic execution and communication of the company's tactical direction for various communities. This leader will have a proven track record managing a diverse portfolio of properties, be a motivator, a good communicator, and a hands‐on motivator. Regional Directors partner with the Vice President of Multifamily Management and assigned Property Managers to ensure implementation and execution of all corporate policies and procedures. The RD is accountable for the fiscal health, goals, and is responsible to preserve the physical integrity of assigned properties within the region. Travel (25%) is required.
Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of the property mgmt., operations, marketing and leasing efforts.
- Ensure that all property staff adhere to all systems, procedures, timelines, and format established by the Company.
- Develop and train property staff (Property, Assistant and Leasing Managers, Leasing Consultants and Maintenance personnel).
- Monitors closing ratios of Leasing Consultants to ensure requirements are met and provides additional training as necessary.
- Working in tandem with Property Managers, research and create quality marketing plans for existing properties, and potential new business to attract the identified target audience and strategically address business objectives.
- Manage software with internal and external parties to ensure dynamic pricing and availability is listed at all times on community websites and ILS’ is accurate.
- Ensure community photos and videos are of good quality, modern, optimized and published on the correct channels.
- Monitor reputation management for each community and assist team members with strategies to improve market engagement while overseeing review responses. Ensure online reviews are responded to within twenty‐four hours.
- Implement & manage lead tracking & lead mgt while continually analyzing reporting.
- Train and manage on‐site teams to utilize lead management, iPad leasing programs, and other marketing software correctly and efficiently.
- Develop, implement, and oversee social media content and strategies including set‐up, optimization, paid and promoted campaigns, contests, and contracted agency strategies.
- Assist site teams in developing and implementing outreach and direct marketing programs to corporate and local businesses.
- Monitor sales/leasing goals and targets to ensure they are in line with the marketing plan.
- Understand, review, assess, and analyze rental rates and leasing profitability performance of assigned properties.
- Review all renewals and prepares new lease rate increase recommendations by analyzing and monitoring the community market conditions in order to anticipate market changes or trends that could affect the profitability of the community.
- On a weekly basis discuss and agree on a regional action and growth plan with the Vice President of Multifamily Management, including marketing strategies and planned resident and employee events for properties in assigned region.
- Required to provide an in‐depth financial presentation to the Company and any of its equity investors on a monthly basis for all properties within the assigned region.
- Supervise the planning and implementation of, and attend and monitor, various community recreational and social activities.
- Responsible for ongoing resident relations and customer service. Handle all escalated service issues within the assigned portfolio same‐day, or within twenty‐four hours.
- Supervise and ensure collection of all rent and other property income in relation to the established budget for each asset.
- Supervise legal process for each property in relation to Company policy to ensure collection compliance and profitability.
- Creation of the annual operating budgets and monitor property performance in relation to the annual budget/proforma through monthly financial reporting, analytics, forecasts, etc. Project and forecast property income expenses in relation to equity investor objectives, capital project planning and ongoing renovation planning.
- Work with Director of Facilities Management and Director of Project Management to assess capital improvement needs for assigned region, to include: Secure bids for improvements, and ensure that approved capital expenditure projects are completed in compliance to policy and contract and in a high‐quality manner.
- Adhere to Company prescribed renovation plan, to include completion and management of specific quantity, scope and budget, completion of monthly capital tracker report, and facilitation of monthly/weekly capital meetings with Property Manager and Management and Director of Project Management.
- Conduct ongoing comprehensive property inspections of common areas, amenities, models, and vacant apartment homes on a regular basis and completes community inspection reports.
- Complete SWOT Analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that should be addressed for assigned properties within region.
- Conduct and facilitate weekly regional team meetings with structured agendas for Property Managers in assigned portfolio.
- Understand and comply with State Landlord‐tenant Law and Fair Housing laws&standards.
- Monitor maintenance activities to ensure resident requests and preventative maintenance programs are being performed according to Company standards.
- Become active in the local business community, local, State and National Apartment Association and develops a rapport with the residential community.
Job Requirements
- CAM, CPM, or ARM designation preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of local, state and federal fair housing and landlord/tenant regulations
- Proficient in Yardi Voyager or similar
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Travel (25%+)
Required education:
- Minimum high school diploma, BA/BS preferred
Required experience

The Controller is responsible for overseeing accounting, financial reporting, and the consistent execution of accounting processes across a portfolio of commercial and multifamily real estate assets.
This role reports to the CFO/COO and supports the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and a collaborative, accountable environment. The Controller partners with operations and leadership to align financial reporting with property performance and leads the accounting team to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Close
- Oversee and support the monthly close process across the real estate portfolio.
- Ensure financial statements are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
- Review and approve property-level financial statements for both commercial and multifamily properties.
- Review reconciliations, accruals, and supporting schedules to promote consistency and quality.
- Provide guidance and support to the team to resolve issues and meet close deadlines.
- Reinforce accountability around close timelines while supporting the team in meeting expectations.
Commercial CAM & Tenant Accounting
- Review CAM reconciliations and guide the team to ensure alignment with lease terms.
- Support property accountants in understanding CAM structures, including expense pools, gross-ups, and caps.
- Assist in resolving tenant questions and discrepancies in collaboration with operations.
- Ensure CAM deliverables are well-supported, accurate, and prepared for audit or review.
Multifamily Accounting
- Review multifamily accounting activity, including rent roll support, concessions, and revenue recognition.
- Partner with the team to analyze GPR, vacancy loss, and operational trends.
- Ensure security deposit balances are accurate and properly reconciled.
- Support resolution of accounting issues while reinforcing consistent standards.
Internal Controls & Process

Qualifications:

- Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
