Our client, an extremely busy, wonderful Executive family is looking for a reliable and experienced Nanny-Family Assistant to become a valued part of their daily lives. The family has three active children (ages 4, 10 and 12) and they are in search of someone who can provide attentive care and thoughtful support for them and the family as a whole on a very long term basis. They need a dynamic individual who would be instrumental in helping to keep their household run smoothly. The Nanny-Family Assistant will work cooperatively with the well-respected full-time Housekeeper to ensure the family’s needs are met.

The ideal candidate has expertise in modern home tech, strong communication skills, and the ability to foster positive relationships with staff, vendors, and family members. This role will manage technology services, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventative maintenance across the IT landscape.  Key Responsibilities:

 Newly created opportunity for a House Manager who also has Personal Assistant expertise. Our long term client is a prominent, mature couple on the UES, and the position is based at their newly renovated residence. They are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to assist them with a variety of needs, primarily focusing on providing support to the female principal. Couple is searching for someone who has already worked in Manhattan as a House Manager/Personal Assistant for another executive or family in a high end residence on a long-term basis. Responsibilities may vary from supervising staff (housekeepers and laundress), updating house manuals, running local errands, to organizing inventories in and outside the home, coordinating vendors, ordering household supplies, etc.. This individual will need a proactive approach to getting things accomplished and overseeing projects, potentially large and/or small, from beginning to end and must have advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite. The ideal candidate will have experience in an environment with extensive fine art and be comfortable corresponding with art galleries and museums and handling logistics for transporting artwork.
