Immediate opportunity to join a newly renovated Clubhouse on 200 beautiful acres. Will oversee casual dining room, outdoor patio, banquet operations and snack bars. Responsible for staff scheduling, food service and quality, and beverage ordering. Activities include golf outings, weddings, showers, special events, comedy nights, wine tastings, etc.
The ideal candidate will have full service, casual and fine dining restaurant management experience along with catering experience in a corporate restaurant, hotel or country club. Prefer Hospitality Degree.

Very busy household is seeking a full-time Chef who enjoys working in a family setting. The Chef will plan and prepare breakfast (certain days of the week), after school snack and dinner, Monday-Friday. There will be an agreed upon schedule, however, the Chef must be flexible to work varied hours to accommodate the family’s needs, which do change frequently. The family likes classic meals, including Mediterranean fare. Favorite recipes will be shared for use as well.
