Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Coffee Equipment Service Technician with proven hands-on expertise servicing and repairing bean-to- cup- brewers, espresso systems, and commercial coffee equipment in corporate environments. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic abilities, understands the importance of equipment uptime and beverage quality, and can work independently while maintaining a professional presence with clients. Experience supporting micro-markets is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial coffee systems, including bean-to-cup machines and high-volume brewers
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and consistency
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, grinder, heating, pump, and water filtration systems
  • Install and set up equipment in office environments
  • Provide light service support for micro-market equipment as needed
  • Maintain accurate service logs and parts inventory
  • Respond promptly to service calls and minimize downtime

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience repairing commercial coffee brewing equipment (required)
  • Direct experience with bean-to-cup systems
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with plumbing and water filtration systems
  • Ability to work independently in the field
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

REGIONAL CULINARY DIRECTOR (BUSINESS DINING) - CHARLOTTE, NC

Position Overview

The Regional Culinary Director is ultimately responsible for the overall performance of multiple corporate dining accounts within an assigned region. This includes full operational oversight, financial accountability, culinary quality, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Chef experience combined with strong General Manager–level leadership skills, including P&L management, team development, and multi-unit operations oversight.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of operations from start to finish
  • Maintain accountability for food cost, labor, budgets, and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies, SOPs, and quality standards
  • Lead menu planning and vendor compliance to support cost control and execution
  • Monitor production systems, sanitation, safety, and culinary standards
  • Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, payroll coordination, and staffing needs
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Marketing, and corporate support teams
  • Facilitate leadership meetings and drive operational alignment
  • Implement company promotions and training programs
  • Maintain strong client relationships and respond proactively to feedback

This role requires up to 75% travel. Preferred location: Charlotte, NC area (flexible for the right candidate). Company vehicle, great benefits, $80,000 - $90,000 plus bonus.
