As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Jiffy Mix, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. You will work closely with the Brand Content and Marketing Manager to create and implement campaigns across various digital channels, ensuring that our brand remains at the forefront of our industry.


  • Develop, edit, and optimize digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and SEO, always ensuring brand consistency.
  • Monitor & report on growth, analytics of marketing campaigns, and content performance across all customer/consumer-facing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Champion performance and market research data analytics to aid the team in the focus of campaigns across social media, company websites, email, and other platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Manage digital marketing calendars and publish content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to identify, recommend, and implement content that follows best practices – while maintaining brand guidelines.
    • Research competitors, target market, and relevant keywords.
    • Focus on strategies to elevate company/brand presence.
    • Optimize the use of SEO and other tools.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media advertising.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
  • Ability to quantitatively assess social and web analytics/data to adapt creative & business objectives in response to market feedback and user activity trends.
  • Proficient in publishing or participating in various customer/consumer-facing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.).
  • Experience with MS 365 (SharePoint), Adobe Creative Suite, and various marketing software applications (CRM, Google AdWords, web analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Must be willing to commute to Chelsea, MI daily (Ann Arbor area).

  •  Utilize market research and networking to prospect and develop new business opportunities and accounts

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality or Culinary Arts, or equivalent related experience
  •  8-10 years prior Foodservice sales experience with a food manufacturer, selling dry baking mix or dry grocery items directly to operators
  •  Broad experience selling in the National, Health Care, College and University, and Street segments preferred
  •  Experience using a CRM system and Trade Fund Management software to manage workflows
  •  Strong computer, communication, and presentation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally
  •  Demonstrated success in nurturing, developing, and cold-calling foodservice business
  •  Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  •   Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

We are currently upgrading 100% of the packaging equipment to all state-of-the-art technology. Our commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability has driven our success, and we are now looking for a talented individual to lead our Retail Maintenance Department to even greater heights.

What will you do?

  • Partner with the Plant Manager and Retail business team to develop a world-class maintenance program that maximizes the ability to meet customer order demands and maintain target inventory levels.
  • Utilize plant and equipment performance information to drive data-based decisions and actions.
  • Partner with the Department Managers to develop the best plan for maximizing departmental output.
  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled maintenance technicians, creating a cohesive and motivated group. Set performance expectations, conduct regular assessments, and identify opportunities for professional growth.
  • Nurture a work environment conducive to harmonious employee relations across a three-shift operation.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs, preventive maintenance schedules, and predictive maintenance techniques to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Develop a model for on-the-floor servant leadership within his/her team.
  • Ensure the upkeep of the new technologies using preventative and/or predictive maintenance philosophies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience as a maintenance or engineering professional in a multi-stage manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Maintenance or Engineering experience in food manufacturing environment.
  • Specific knowledge of an ERP platform.
